LOCATION The property is situated in the small hamlet of Langton by Wragby which lies adjacent to the A158 road between Wragby and Horncastle. The nearby town of Wragby itself has a range of shops around a central market place and a primary school.
The market towns of Market Rasen, Horncastle, Louth and the historic City of Lincoln are within commuting distance.
From Market Rasen take the B1202 road south into Wragby. In Wragby at the traffic lights turn left onto the A158 and at the mini roundabout turn right onto the continuation of the A158 towards Horncastle.
