Description

Abbey Park is a beautifully presented family home that features handsome brick elevations with dual bay windows at the front, while inside there are stylishly appointed reception rooms and four comfortable double bedrooms.

There are two main reception rooms on the ground floor. The main reception measures 24ft and features a bay window at the front, built in storage and a window overlooking the garden to the rear. The town provides a wealth of everyday amenities, including a good selection of shops, supermarkets and weekly markets on Wednesdays, Friday and Saturdays. There are also several schools, including the Louth Kidgate Primary Academy. For leisure, there are a variety of wonderful walking, cycling and riding routes in the surrounding countryside.

The area is well connected by road, with the A16 providing routes towards Grimsby, while A roads provide easy access towards Lincoln, 28.2 miles away.
