"This is a very well presented 3 bedroom semi detached family home situated in a quiet residential cul-de-sac. The property is gas centrally heated and double glazed. An early viewing is strongly recommended.

Situation
The popular Sunningdale area is situated approximately two miles north of Grantham which has main line rail links to London Kings Cross as well as York, Leeds, Newcastle and Edinburgh. The A1 trunk road is easily accessible and provides excellent links to the north and south of the country.
