Location and Presentation. An ideal two bedroom house located in the popular village of Ropsley that can be found at the foot of a cul de sac. This home would provide a great starting point for a First Time Buyer wanting to get the first step onto the property market or even a downsizer.


DESCRIPTION
The village of Ropsley has a village pub, which has a postal service once a week and playing fields for children. The nearby market town of Grantham is a superbly located town set in the centre of a number of larger towns and cities.
Nottingham, Lincoln, Spalding, Peterborough, Stamford and Leicester are all approximately 30 miles away.

Further places of note are Saint Wulfams church, the 6th highest spire in England and the Beehive public house which dates back to 1830.
