Larger than it appears with a 2 storey rear extension, this 4 bedroomed detached family home has an upstairs study snug, a lounge, dining room and sitting room, and pleasant rear garden. There is a driveway with parking for a number of vehicles, and viewing is recommended.


DESCRIPTION
This detached Wilcon Homes built family house is much larger than an external appearance might suggest as it has the benefit of a 2 storey rear extension creating useful additional bedroom and snug study area. There is ample downstairs space too with the ground floor part of this extension currently being used as the dining room with door to the garden, and opening on to the sitting room, from where there are a pair of doors leading to the lounge.
