"A generous three bedroomed semi-detached property with many character features offer large open plan living spaces, in the popular village of Somerby.

ACCOMMODATION Enter the property via a covered porch and on into an entrance hall with stairs to the first floor. The ground floor comprises a large lounge diner with a bay window to the front and a feature fireplace with open fire. The lounge then flows into the dining area which has wooden floors and a second feature fireplace with wood burning stove inset. The accommodation then continues into the kitchen which runs across the back of the house. The kitchen is an open plan kitchen diner with a comprehensive range of floor standing and wall mounted cupboards and drawers. There is an integrated fridge, a Belfast sink and space for a Range Master style cooker. Double doors lead from the kitchen into the garden. The ground floor accommodation is completed with a WC and internal access into the garage.

The first floor accommodation offers three bedrooms. Bedroom one is a double and sits to the front of the property with a bay window, bedroom two is another double and is sited to the rear and bedroom three is a good sized single. The first floor accommodation is completed by the bathroom which has a corner bath with shower over, a high flush WC and a pedestal hand basin. There is also hatch access to a large loft space from the landing. OUTSIDE To the outside there is ample parking on the gravel driveway plus access to the two garages. Take the left turn towards Somerby/Knossington onto Cold Overton Rd. Continue on this road passing Gates Garden Centre. On entering Somerby the road bends round the right and takes you onto Town End.
