My parents bought this house from new in 1962. They paid more money to the builder for the extra sized garden giving them a larger plot. My mother was always improving the property and to the best of our knowledge these are the dates of work done. A new combi boiler and new radiators fitted in 2009, re-fitted kitchen with built in appliances in 2011, re-fitted bathroom in 2009, cavity wall and loft insulation fitted in 2009 and within the last five years the garage roof was re-felted.
