Vendor Interview
As of April 2014:We bought the property around 18 years ago and extended the kitchen around 9 years ago which has made a huge difference and with the utility room added to the back, it has freed up so much more room. The property has been a perfect family home over the years and with the re-fitted bathroom and modern gas fire recently added in the lounge, we will be sad to move on. Due to the road being a cul-de-sac, the position is lovely and very quiet, yet on weekends we can just walk into town. We hope the new buyers will love the property as much as we have over the last 18 years.
