"Overview
This well-presented property is approximately 89.9 SQM and comprises porch, entrance hall, open plan lounge/diner and separate fitted kichen on the ground floor with two double bedrooms, single bedroom, family bathroom and landing on the first floor. To the front of the property is a lawned garden with concrete driveway leading to a single garage. The rear garden is mainly laid to lawn with patio and timber decked seating area.

New features and equipment have been installed during 2014 including double glazed windows and french doors, electrical system, central heating and boiler, domestic hot and cold water supply, gas supply pipework, kitchen units (low and high level) housing integral oven and hob with extract hood over and bathroom suite with square screened shower space and electric shower over.
