This quaint two bedroom semi detached cottage in the popular location of High Street, which is situated in the highly desirable village of Waltham on the Wolds on the outskirts of Melton Mowbray.


DESCRIPTION
This quaint two bedroom semi detached cottage in the popular location of High Street, which is situated in the highly desirable village of Waltham on the Wolds on the outskirts of Melton Mowbray. The property is entered via an entrance porch which leads through to an entrance hall. The hall gives further access to the lounge and kitchen/diner. The conservatory, accessed from the lounge, offers lovely views of the rear garden. To the first floor, accessed via a dog leg staircase, are the two double bedrooms and the family bathroom. To the front of the property is a courtyard with access to the front door and a garden to the rear. There is also an outbuilding offering extra storage and a shed currently being used for a log store.
