"An opportunity to purchase a traditional style extended semi detached home occupying a pleasant position on the popular Cossington Road in Sileby and offering scope for further extension (subject to relevant planning). The property benefits from gas central heating with combination boiler, UPVC double glazing and has a UPVC front door which leads into the living room. The living room has been knocked through to create a lounge/diner with distinctive living and dining area, has wooden flooring and feature inset electric fire, corner meter cupboard, television aerial point, useful understairs storage cupboard, stairs with pine balustrading and handrail leading to the first floor and door to the kitchen. The kitchen has been extended and has ceramic tiled flooring and is fitted with a range of wall and base units with roll edge work surfaces over, gas hob with overhead extractor and electric oven, single sink with drainer, mixer tap and tiled splashbacks, inset ceiling spotlights, wall mounted combination boiler, space and plumbing for washing machine, space for fridge freezer, window to the rear and a back door leading to the rear garden. The first floor landing is accessed via a dogleg staircase and has a window to the side elevation and gives way to two well proportioned bedrooms, bedroom one has a window overlooking the front elevation and television aerial point.
