"This well presented and extended three bedroom semi-detached home in the popular area of Thurnby has been much improved by the current owners and is ideal for a family. Recently renovated throughout by the current owners, the property has a modern feel whilst keeping many of the original features including the picture rails and stripped pine doors. There has been a two storey extension to the rear, with the original house being fully re-wired, with a new boiler and pipework for the central heating. On entering the property, the entrance hall is a lovely space and has a reclaimed parquet flooring laid in herringbone style. To the left is the lounge which is beautifully decorated and offers a lovely open fire with reclaimed cast iron surround and antique tiles. Double doors open to the extended kitchen/diner which offers a beautiful oak floor, and is fitted with a range of stylish base and eye level units and offers space and connections for a large gas range style cooker.
