The property has an attractive and well stocked rear garden and viewing is recommended to appreciate the accommodation on offer. The property is approached via a tarmac driveway and stoned frontage which leads to the front entrance door and garage with up and over door. The front entrance door leads into a hallway which has a storage cupboard, radiator and doors to accommodation. The living room is to the rear and has an electric fire, radiator, patio doors to the rear and window to the side. There is a kitchen/diner to the front of the property. The dining area has wooden laminate flooring, radiator, window and door to the side. The kitchen area has an integrated oven and hob with cooker hood over, space for fridge and freezer, plumbing for washing machine, wall and base cupboards with work surfaces and 1½ bowl sink drainer and a window to the front. The main bedroom is to the rear and has fitted wardrobes, radiator and uPVC double glazed window. There are two additional bedrooms to the front, one of which is currently used as a study.
