Thurmastone is a well established residential locality being approximately 4.5 miles north of Leicester city centre. It is ideally placed for local shopping facilities which can be found in Thurmastones shopping complex which include and incorporated an Asda superstore, TK Maxx, Next and a Pizza Hut. It is also ideally placed for bus routes in and out of Leicester city centre and is approximately 1 mile from Syston town centre which accommodates many desirable shopping facilities and restaurants.

Our View

The property would be suitable for a variety of buyers as it is extremely well presented. Upon entering the property we have double glazed porch, which then takes us through to our hall which then in turn takes us through to our lounge. The lounge being beautifully decorated having access to our fitted dining kitchen. The fitted dining kitchen benefiting from a range of base and wall units, laminated work surfaces and built in appliances. There is also a double glazed window over looking the rear garden and double glazed French doors taking us through to the conservatory. The conservatory being nicely decorated offering an additional reception room which can be used throughout the seasons of the year and having double glazed doors taking us through to the garden. In addition we also have a downstairs wc and a study which again is located to the front of the property being nicely decorated and having a shower room adjacent. Upstairs we have landing with three bedrooms all being nicely decorated with double glazed windows and radiators. All bedrooms have built in wardrobes, the bathroom has a corner bath with low flush wc, wash hand basin and tiled walls.
