"A well presented three bedroom semi detached family home situated in cul-de-sac location. The property benefits from gas fired central heating and UPVC double glazing and has off road parking and good sized rear garden. The accommodation is entered via a UPVC glazed front door into entrance porch which has wood effect laminate flooring and opens into entrance hall which has stairs rising to the first floor, built in understairs storage cupboard which currently houses a washing machine and tumble dryer. The lounge/diner has a bay window overlooking the front elevation, television point, feature fireplace with inset coal effect fire with marble hearth and backcloth, feature surround, coving to ceiling and archway giving access to the dining area which has coving to ceiling, UPVC French doors giving access to the rear garden and serving hatch to the kitchen. The kitchen is fitted with a range of wall and base units with roll edge work surfaces over, one and a half stainless steel sink and drainer unit with mixer tap, complementary tiled splashbacks, plumbing for dishwasher, space for fridge, gas hob with extractor hood over, electric oven and grill and archway giving access to useful storage area which currently houses chest freezer and doorway giving access to the side and rear.
