"This lovely end town house in cul de sac location, set on a larger than average plot really must be viewed to appreciate the accommodation on offer. Through the front door into the entrance hall you are greeted with stairs rising to the first floor and doors to the downstairs rooms. The lounge diner is spacious and provides a lovely place for sitting and relaxing whilst also having room for a table and chairs for family meals and entertaining. The kitchen is fitted with an array of wall and base units, has a stainless steel sink drainer with mixer tap, plumbing for washing machine and space for a free standing cooker. To the first floor are two double bedrooms both having inbuilt cupboards. The family bathroom is fitted with a white three piece suite comprising of low level wc, wash hand basin and bath with shower over. Externally to the rear the garden is enclosed mainly laid to lawn with borders and a barbecue area and under shelter patio area making this a perfect garden for outside entertaining. The outhouse provides extra storage and has power and lighting. Viewing really is essential.
