"Situated off Groby Road in Leicester, this detached family home is offered for sale with no upward chain and benefits from a good size corner plot. The property is approached by a driveway to the front and pathway to the front entrance door. This opens into the porch way which has further access to the reception hallway. From here doors provide access to the lounge and kitchen and there is a good size storage area and stairs rising to the first floor. To the rear of the property is the lounge which has a double glazed window to the rear and patio doors to the garden. A good size kitchen/dining room has a range of matching base and eye level units and work surface areas with appliance space, double glazed windows to the side and front aspects and a door to the side. On the first floor are three bedrooms and the bathroom. Each bedroom has a double glazed window, while the bathroom has a panel enclosed bath and wash basin.
