"A charming, period semi-detached cottage boasting heavily beamed ceilings and original doors, positioned to the front of a good-sized plot, in need of full renovation and refurbishment, however would make a fine family home.

LOCATION The property sits in the heart of this most attractive Charnwood village lying some five miles north east of Leicester city centre with convenient access to the M1/M60 motorway networks and associated Fosse Retail Park via the A46 Western Bypass. The village offers a parish church, primary school, two public houses, post office/village store and a butcher's shop, with a wider range of amenities found at nearby Syston. ACCOMMODATION The property is entered via a porch and part glazed front door and glazed inner door to entrance hall with radiator leading to the front reception room having a cast iron range, double glazed window to front elevation, open to a scullery area with a storage cupboard and window to the side. The second reception room has a gas fire with tiled surround and double glazed windows to the rear and side elevations. DIRECTIONAL NOTE Proceed out of Leicester via the Belgrave Road as signposted to Syston onto the A46 where take the first exit into Syston. At the next roundabout take the second exit as signposted into Queniborough.
