"Delightful double fronted 1930's home which retains many features. Situated in a sought after none estate position and benefitting from having a driveway with carport leading to a single garage. The property is entered via the enclosed porch and then in to the hallway, having stairs to first floor, wood style laminate flooring and doors in to the kitchen and lounge. The kitchen/diner is fitted with wall and base units and a range cooker with extractor hood over, plumbing for a washing machine, sink/drainer unit and space for a fridge freezer. There is a leaded double glazed window to the front, bay window giving views over the garden and providing space for the dining table and chairs. A door leads to the inner rear lobby which has an under stairs pantry and a door to the rear and a door in to the lounge/diner. To the left of the property, the lounge has upvc leaded window to front, original solid wood floorboards, picture rails and brick built fireplace with a fitted log burner. Through the archway extension there is a further dining area which is currently used as a further sitting area due to its views over the rear garden.
