"Entry to the property is through a sliding door leading into the entrance porch which in turn leads into the hallway with stairs off to the first floor and essential storage space beneath. At the front of the property is the spacious Lounge with coal effect gas fireplace set in a beautiful stone surround, bow window to the front elevation and archway leading to the Dining Room. This room is light and airy with sliding upvc doors to the garden. From the entrance hall or Dining Room is the modern Kitchen which comprises sink and drainer with mixer tap over set in a roll edged work surface extending to provide a range of base units and drawers under with matching eye level units over. Providing space for a washing machine and fridge with built in oven and four ring electric hob with extractor hood over. There is a upvc window overlooking the garden and arch to the current family room/study.
