"This semi detached family home has been re-furbished to a high standard throughout and is situated close to popular local shops and amenities. The property has been extended to the rear and must be viewed internally in order to appreciate the size and standard of accommodation on offer. To the front is a block paved hard standing area which gives access to the front entrance door. This opens into the hallway which has a double glazed window, stairs to the first floor and doors to the lounge and kitchen. The lounge has a double glazed square bay window to the front and two radiators. A 26' kitchen/dining area has a range of matching base and eye level units and roll edge work surfaces. There is a fitted "Lomond" oven, hob and extractor and further appliance space. The tiled floor has under floor heating and access is given to both the inner hallway and rear garden. There is a double bedroom downstairs which could be used as another reception room and has a double glazed window to the rear aspect. Completing the downstairs accommodation is the family bathroom which has a panel enclosed bath with shower over, WC and wash basin. On the first floor are two double bedrooms to the rear aspect with double glazed windows and a single room with Velux style window and storage within the eaves of the roof. This room does have restricted head room. The shower room is fitted with a walk in shower, WC and wash basin and there is a heated towel rail and tiling to the walls.
