Outside of the property is a driveway with garage and garden to the rear. Entry to the property is through a upvc glass paned door into the porch way and glass wooden door leading into the entrance hallway, which has a window to the side elevation and a staircase leading to the first floor. The lounge has a window to the front elevation, gas fire and coving. Situation Leicester Forest East is on the western fringe of the city and is popular for its ease of access to the M1/M69 motorway network links with the park and ride facilities in close proximity. The area offers good local schooling, bus links to Leicester City Centre and is within easy distance of Fosse Park Shopping Centre. Directions Start out on Bolton Road, turn left onto the A47, turn left and bear right onto Henton Road, continue forward onto Hinckley Road, turn right onto the A47.
