"Executive four bedroom detached house located on the popular David Wilson Estate in Leicester Forest East. Ideal location for access to the city centre, major motorways including M1/M69 and local shops and schools. Benefitting from views over a green in a cul de sac. Entry to the property is through a door into the entrance hall with stairs off to the first floor and access to the Lounge. Lounge has a coal effect gas fireplace with upvc bay window and glazed French doors to the Dining Room. This in turn leads to the garden through sliding patio doors or the Kitchen. Kitchen comprises 1 ½ sink and drainer unit set in work surfaces extending to provide a range of base units and drawers under with matching eye level units over. Providing space for a fridge with built in oven and four ring gas hob with extractor hood over. Situation Leicester Forest East is on the western fringe of the city and is popular for its ease of access to the M1/M69 motorway network links with the park and ride facilities in close proximity. The area offers good local schooling, bus links to Leicester City Centre and is within easy distance of Fosse Park Shopping Centre. Directions From the Harrison Murray office on Hinckley Road head out of the city centre on the A47. At the Hinckley Road roundabout take the 2nd exit onto the A47, at the Braunstone crossroads, traffic signals continue forward on A47. At the next traffic signals turn left onto Warren Lane, then left onto Somerfield Way, left onto Pendragon way and then right onto Guinevere Way and the property can be identified by the Harrison Murray "For Sale" board."
