"A traditional three bedroom semi detached property located in the heart of Aylestone and being offered for sale with no upward chain. The property requires modernisation, has potential to extend subject to planning permission and retains a number of traditional features. Viewing is highly recommended to fully appreciate this property’s potential. The property is approached via a front garden and slabbed driveway. The garden is mainly laid to lawn with a hedged front to provide privacy. There is a pathway leading to the front door which in turn opens into a hallway. The property has gas central heating and is fully double glazed but does require modernisation throughout. The front reception room is a generous size and features a bay window and original fireplace with hearth and surround. The hallway has stairs rising to the first floor and access to the second reception room which includes two double glazed windows and a feature fireplace with hearth and surround. To the rear of the property is the kitchen which has a store cupboard being used as utility space, wall and base mounted cupboards with sink drainer and work surfaces, fitted shelves, space for a fridge/freezer and dishwasher and a rear door providing access into the garden.
