"Harrison Murray have the pleasure in marketing this impressive 1930s double bay fronted four bed detached family home. Set within its own grounds with mature gardens surrounding the property. The property is set on the corner of Letchworth Road/Glenfield Road, Western Park and is within close proximity to major road networks, good local schools and close to the city centre. The property does need some modernisation throughout and has central heating and secondary double glazing and briefly comprises: entrance hallway, lounge, snug, dining room, breakfast kitchen, utility and downstairs w.c. To the first floor are four bedrooms and study. The property is approached through wrought iron gates to the front, which lead to the driveway and entry to the porch. Situation The convenient and sought-after suburb of Western Park is located to the west of the City centre and is well known for its popularity in terms of convenience for access to the centre of employment and all the excellent amenities therein, as well as junction 21 of the M1/M69 motorway network for travel North, South and West, and the adjoining Fosse Park and Meridian Shopping, Entertainment, Retail and Business centres. Western Park offers a range of local neighbourhood amenities including excellent shopping, and regular bus services to the Leicester City centre.
