"This charming two storey cottage lies in a rural location opposite open fields in the ever popular south Leicestershire village of Fleckney. It combines modern creature comforts with old world charm. There is a cosy lounge, well appointed breakfast kitchen, two bedrooms and bathroom/WC with shower over the bath. There is a good sized rear garden with a range of brick outbuildings. Fleckney itself is well served by excellent local amenities and viewing is strongly advised.

Directions Follow the A6 London Road away from Leicester in a southerly direction for some distance following the signs to Oadby and Kibworth. Proceed through Oadby, along the Great Glen Bypass and up into Kibworth. At the first roundabout on entering the village, turn right onto Wistow Road and then left at the next roundabout onto the Warwick Road. Continue along this road for some distance, over the traffic lights by the bridge and at the T junction bear right onto Kibworth Road. At the next T junction turn right onto Fleckney Road following this road into Fleckney as it in turn leads into Saddington Road. Proceed up to the village centre before turning left onto Main Street. The property can be easily recognised, somewhere down on the left hand side, by the agent's distinctive 'To Let' board.
