"Offered for sale is this extended family home that occupies a cul de sac location in the popular village of Fleckney. The property benefits from gas central heating, uPVC double glazing and off road parking. The ground floor accommodation comprises of a central hallway with a WC/Cloak room off. The breakfast kitchen has been fitted with a range of country style base and wall mounted units with solid wood work surfaces over, there is a fitted breakfast bar and space for a range of appliances. In addition there is a spacious lounge that leads to a dining room with patio doors to the rear garden. To the first floor there are four well proportioned bedrooms, the largest of which benefits from an en suite shower room. Externally there is a paved frontage and side driveway that provides off road parking. The original garage is in situ and has been converted into a home office but could easily be converted back to it's original purpose. The fully enclosed rear garden has a gravelled patio, whilst the remaining garden is lawned with surrounding flower borders and a garden. Fleckney is serviced by a regular bus route and lies approximately 8 miles south east of Leicester and 7 miles North of Market Harborough. Directions From our office on Leicester Road, turn right onto Wakes Road. At the roundabout take the third exit onto Bull Head Street and take the seventh turn on the left onto Newton Lane. Proceed along this road, past the left turn sign posted Newton Harcourt and at the cross roads Proceed straight over. At the junction turn right and enter Fleckney on Leicester Road. Take the first right onto Coleman Road and third right onto Long Grey, where the property can be found on the left, clearly identified by Harrison Murray's 'For Sale' board."
