"A fantastic opportunity to purchase a three bedroom family home with off road parking and utility room set within Braunstone, which has close proximity to major road networks and Fosse Park Retail Park. The property has gas central heating and double glazing and briefly comprises; entrance hallway, lounge/dining room, kitchen, utility room, bathroom, to the first floor are three bedrooms and separate toilet and garden to the rear. Entry to the property is through a UPVC door to the side elevation leading into the entrance hall, which has a tiled floor, storage cupboard and staircase rising to the first floor. The lounge/dining room is accessed from the hallway and has a wooden laminate floor with a pebble open gas fire with stone hearth and surround, coving to the ceiling and window to the front elevation. The kitchen comprises a range of base and wall mounted units with work surface over, inset electric oven with four ring gas hob over and built in extractor hood, sink and drainer with mixer tap, tiling to splash backs, tiled floor and window and door to rear leading into utility room. The utility room has plumbing for washing machine and dryer with wood laminate floor, window to the real elevation with door to the side leading to the rear garden.
