Our View

The long rear garden with its feature summer style house of this home really has to be viewed to be appreciated. Viewings of this home come highly recommended. As you enter via the main entrance door you enter into the entrance hall which has stairs rising to the first floor and wood effect flooring. The wood effect flooring carries on into the lounge which looks out onto the front. Features of the lounge include coving to the ceiling and a feature recessed fire. The double glazed window to the front is of a L- shape style. Accessible from the entrance hall is also the dining room which is approx 11ft in length and also benefits from the wood effect flooring. There is a recessed storage cupboard which has traditional style doors giving it a traditional touch. The kitchen leads off the dining room and has a range of wall and base units and work surface. Further benefits of the kitchen include a one and half bowl sink and tiled splash backs. There is a useful walk in storage pantry that leads off the kitchen. A door leads to the lean-to utility which has windows to 3 aspects and a work surface. A door from the lean-to gives access to the garden. The theme of the wood effect flooring that runs through the majority of the ground floor gives the flooring a nice uniform look on the ground floor. Stairs from the entrance hall rise to the first floor and here you can access the bedrooms. Bedroom one is located to the front of the property and has features to include coving to the ceiling, a feature fire surround and L-shaped window to the front. Bedrooms two and three are located next to each other. The bathroom has a black and white suite to include w.c, wash hand basin and roll edged bath on legs. Over the bath is a feature circular shower curtain rail and there is also a electric shower over. Tiled splash backs to the walls include white tiles and feature black tiled area. There is boiler and storage cupboard with traditional style doors. Externally there is a drive to the front and gate leads to the rear. The rear garden in our opinion is of a long length and there is a summer style house set at the bottom. The Dimensions of the summer style house are 11ft6 x 9ft2 internally and there is the benefit of power and light and broad band point. There is also a storage section and it has a decked area to the front. The home also benefits from an external w.c and additional outside store. The home benefits from majority double glazing and a central heating system. Viewings of this home come with the agents recommendation.
