"Overview
House Network Ltd are pleased to offer this grade II listed well presented and spacious four bedroom detached cottage, reputed to date back to 1647, set within a village location in Ravenstone, Leicestershire.

Having been extensively renovated by the current occupants, the property offers 2 reception rooms, a hardwood conservatory, a bespoke dining kitchen and 4 bedrooms, one being en-suite. Many rooms benefit from original features such as exposed beams, inglenook and antique fireplaces and original pine doors.

The garden has a substantial patio area laid with English Heritage approved flagstones. The lawn leads to a raised vegetable garden and reclaimed brick and slate shed. Designed to be a summerhouse in the future it has the benefit of additional loft space and electric lights and sockets.

The cottage is situated within the conservation area of Main Street within the village of Ravenstone. It is within catchment of the popular and highly aclaimed Woodstone primary school. Main Street is a very quiet road within a few minutes walk of the newly planted Jubilee woods.
