"Situated on a private road forming part of a small cul de sac and located in the village of Lighthorne Heath is this spacious and well presented detached family home offers four bedrooms, off road parking and a private rear garden with garage.

Upon entering the property, you are met with a spacious entrance hall, from here is the downstairs WC and there is a door leading on through to the kitchen with comprises of a range of base and eye level units. There is an integrated electric hob and oven, and sink drainer unit. There are also an integrated dishwasher and fridge freezer.
