"Located in a very quiet street in Swinley this two bedroom terrace house has been realistically priced to encourage a quick sale. The property was stripped back to bare brick before being completely renovated throughout so is ideal for FTB's or investors looking to move straight into a property. The house is much larger than expected with a two storey extension to the rear which means the house has two reception rooms (although the rooms have been knocked through to create a large open plan living and dining area), two double bedrooms and a large bathroom. The house underwent a full scheme of modernisation, including a rewire, installing a new central heating system and then replastering all the rooms before fitting a new bathroom and kitchen. There is a small enclosed yard to the rear and permit street parking. It has been let for the last few years but is still neat and tidy although the house would benefit from some small cosmetic improvements. Vacant and sold with no chain early viewing is recommended."
