"Positioned in what is undoubtedly Standish's best location - this very impressive detached family home offers potential buyers a rare opportunity to buy in a part of the village where property seldom comes available. Beech Walk itself is a peaceful and secluded road which is home to a small collection of individual detached properties. Popular because of their privacy and generous gardens, whilst also benefiting from the convenience of still being central enough to the village and all its varied amenities (just 500 metres on foot). Number 100 Beech Walk boasts probably the best location and gardens. Occupying a generous, yet private corner plot with beautifully maintained, mature gardens on three sides, the property is well screened by hedges and enjoys a lovely picturesque aspect facing mature woodland to the front.
