We are delighted to offer for sale this three bedroom semi detached cottage in the Newburgh area of Lancashire. The accommodation briefly comprises entrance hall, lounge, kitchen/dining room, conservatory and outhouse to the ground floor whilst to the first floor there are three bedrooms and a bathroom/WC. Externally there is an enclosed rear garden with driveway and paved front garden.

Location

The property is located on the main road between Newburgh which is a village along for the larger village of parbold. There are also bus routes available and there is a train station which leads to various UK destinations. The area offers country parkland and canal walks. There are a range of public houses and cafes within access. Beacon Park country park and golf course is also within access.

Our View

A delightful, traditional cottage offering a cosy living atmosphere with good size rooms. Internally the lounge has a feature decorative fireplace with tiled hearth housing gas fire and double doors into the kitchen. The kitchen has a range of wall and base units with work surfaces over and breakfast bar, the property also has the added benefit of a conservatory situated to the rear. There is a good size driveway which provides off street parking for several vehicles and an enclosed garden giving a pleasant outdoor area away from the main road.
