The property is conveniently located just a 15 minute walk from Pimbo station, offering rail links to Liverpool and Manchester and just two minutes drive from junction five of the M58.

For school buses there is a pick up point 5 minutes away for all the local schools and also for Merchant Taylors, Scarisbrick Hall and Southport King George V College.

The house itself had a new conservatory and kitchen fitted in 2005 as well as new UPVC windows in 2006 and a new front porch, facias and guttering in 2007. Furthermore, new carpets were fitted throughout in 2009.
