Lancaster Crescent is in the Old Town area of Skelmersdale which is close to the M6 and M58 motorways. There is a bus route from Wigan through to Ormskirk. The newly built West Lancashire College is in the area along with Edgehill College being a short drive away. Tawd Vale Country Park is also in the area.

Early inspection is essential to appreciate the accommodation that is decorated to a high standard and would appeal to a range of buyers including first time buyers and young families. Briefly comprises a double glazed door to entrance hall with double glazed window and stairs to the first floor. The through lounge has a double glazed bay window, double glazed French doors, a dual fuel burning stove set in a decorative recess, laminate floor and two radiators. The dining room has ceramic floor, radiator and cover and double glazed French doors. There is a modern fitted kitchen with a range of wall and base units, work tops, partial tiling, inset sink, space for range cooker, extractor fan, integrated fridge, freezer and dishwasher, two double glazed windows and a double glazed door. The first floor has a landing with a built in cupboard and double glazed window. Bedroom one has a double glazed window, radiator and fitted wardrobes. Bedroom two has a double glazed window, radiator and laminate floor. Bedroom three has a double glazed window, radiator and a recess for wardrobe with power points. There is a shower room with a double corner shower cubicle, tiled walls and floor, double glazed window, low level WC, wall mounted sink and radiator. Outside there is a small open plan front garden, gate to the side with a storage area and an enclosed rear garden with lawn, patio, flower borders, mature trees and shrubs and an outbuilding with power supply.
