An early internal inspection is essential to appreciate this delightful accommodation that would appeal to a range of purchasers. Being situated in a corner position with spacious accommodation that is light and airy. Internally, there is an entrance hall providing access to the cloakroom/WC and the lounge having an electric fire in a decorative surround. There is also a conservatory having laminate flooring and double glazed windows. To the first floor, there are three bedrooms and the landing has a built in cupboard. Outside there is a decorative garden being landscaped with gravel area, raised flower borders, mature trees and shrubs. There is also an outside tap and shed. To the front there is off road parking and a gravelled area with mature trees and shrubs.
