A beautiful much improved family home located on a desirable development conveniently located for the amenities of Rochdale, Royton and Shaw and within easy reach of the motorway network and Manchester. There are also pubs, restaurants, open countryside, schools, public transport links and leisure facilities within walking distance.

The property offers fantastic family accommodation with a fabulous contemporary living space downstairs and Four Double Bedrooms served by Three Bathrooms upstairs The exterior offers good sized lawned gardens to the front and rear and a block paved driveway leading to the integral garage, providing ample off-road parking for two vehicles.
