"Stylishly renovated and oozing fabulousness, this lovely home offers so very much! With a wonderful living kitchen, two further reception rooms, four bedrooms and two bathrooms along with gardens which overlook woodland to the rear, this really is village bliss. This super property is just a short walk from the village green and within walking distance to the amenities in the village to include; Ribby with Wrea Endowed C of E Primary School, shop, public house, bistro caf , hair dressers, church, tennis club and hotel.
The leisure facilities and Spa at Ribby Hall are a short drive away along with the upmarket town of Lytham. There is good access to the main road and motorway network along with a train station at Kirkham and Wesham and a mainline station at Preston, making this great for those who commute.

The area is served by senior schools in Kirkham and Lytham and there are a good range of private schools in the area too, to include AKS, Kirkham Grammar School and Rossall.
