This characterful cottage dates back from 1880 and can be found in one of Walton-Le-Dale's historic conservation areas. The rear of the cottage overlooks the river and the cottage was reputedly built for the coachman attached to the De-Hoghton family. Originally one dwelling, it has now been divided into two properties. The layout now consists of two good sized receptions, kitchen, downstairs cloakroom, 3/4 bedrooms and a family bathroom.
