Bedroom one having fitted wardrobes and a dressing table. Bedroom two has inset lighting and bedroom three has a double glazed window to the front and radiator. The bathroom completes the first floor with tiled flooring, inset lighting, suite to comprise panel bath with shower over, vanity wash hand basin and low level WC. Externally, there is a garden to the rear which is mainly paved with raised borders whilst to the front there is a low maintenance garden area and driveway providing off road parking.
