Housesimple is pleased to present this indivdual, fived bedroomed, detached house in Hoghton near Preston. Built in 1923 this property retains many unique and characterful features. Set in its own grounds in 0.4 acre, it is approached through double gates up its own driveway. Entering the house through a large porch the hallway has a parquet floor and original stairway. The extended dining kitchen comprising oak units and original built in cupboards has a sunny outlook with far reaching views.
