Looking for a detached home on a corner plot with potential? This is a great fit for someone looking for an affordable first home that’s also a sound investment.

The hallway leads into the generous sitting room which is well-proportioned and boasts a feature fireplace, large window, and views over the wrap-around garden. Off the hallway is the formal dining room which could be used as a second reception or a combination of dining and living room given its great size, layout and flow. This room also has views over the garden. There is a vast amount of potential with this property both in terms of its current floor plan and the potential to enlarge its footprint.
