"Perfectly presented in a light, bright colour pallet this detached true bungalow has the highest quality fixtures and fittings in every room. From a central entrance hall there is a large lounge which feels spacious to one side and a kitchen dining room on the other side. The kitchen has grey, high gloss units and the built in appliances are Neff and Mielle. There is room for a breakfast table at the font end of the room too. The rear of the property has the bedrooms in it, the master looks out over the sizable back garden and has fitted wardrobes. The second bedroom is also a double and the third is a good sized single. The bathroom is fabulous with a four piece Villeroy and Boch suite and a semi sunken bath. The attention to detail and quality can be seen in each and every room. Outside the back garden is low maintenance with flagged pathways which wind between perennial flower beds and there is a central water feature with pump system. In addition there is a useful shed and flagged area to the side which is used for dining and summer BBQs.
