"Set in a stunning location by the Leeds Liverpool canal and offering extensive views with direct access to tow path, this pretty two bedroom cottage built circa late 1800 s must be viewed to fully appreciate. The property is ideally located, being able to enjoy all the benefits of rural living yet also being only a short distance away from all the local amenities found in the town of Burscough.
The property is entered via a glazed door to the rear porch. Entry into the kitchen is taken from here, with wooden wall and base units complimented by wooden work surfaces and tiled splash backs with inset sink and drainer, ceramic hob and extractor fan over. There is a tall unit with integrated oven and space above for microwave as well as space for dishwasher.
