"A beautiful canalside cottage located on the outskirts Burscough and within walking distance of local amenities. From the front doorstep there is immediate access to the beautiful surrounding countryside, with dozens of local footpaths to explore as well as the Leeds Liverpool canal towpath.Entry is taken into the cosy character Lounge which features a front facing uPVC window with a decorative leaded effect, picture rails and feature brick chimney breast housing an eye catching wood burning stove with double doors and having a wooden mantle shelf over.

A wooden door leads through to the dining kitchen which is fitted with a range of white wall and base mounted units with a contrasting work top over. There is a sink beneath a rear facing window, with integrated appliances to include a electric hob with extractor hood over, electric oven and grill as well as space for a dishwasher and washing machine. The kitchen features a stone effect tiled floor, tiled splashback as well as a door providing access to the rear garden.
