The property although requiring some modernisation works offers well planned accommodation arranged over two floors. The house offers superb sized gardens, the rear being of a very good size and has the benefit of a large workshop to the rear.

DINING ROOM Situated at the rear of the property with views over the rear garden, radiator and light point. KITCHEN Leading from the dining room, fitted with a range of wall and base units housing stainless steel sink unit and space for gas cooker. With window to the rear and access to the utility. UTILITY ROOM AND WC Leading from the kitchen there is a utility room area and a downstrairs w.c. FIRST FLOOR - LANDING With window to the side. BEDROOM ONE With bay window to the front with views over the local countryside and radiator. BEDROOM TWO Situated at the rear of the property with radiator.
