This delightful home has much to offer a growing family and in addition to numerous living rooms and a total of five bedrooms, the property also benefits from a large cellar spanning approximately 599 square feet.

Upon approaching the property a handy porch leads to a bright and spacious entrance hall, which makes a pleasant first impression with panelling to the walls and plate rail. The entrance hall is further enhanced by the elegant spindle staircase and galleried landing, and has under-stairs storage. Situated to the front of the house is a large dining room, complete with features such as an attractive bay window, solid wood feature fireplace and traditional period-style picture rails. Here you will find plenty of space for entertaining as this room could easily house a dining table for around eight to ten people. The main lounge is also light and spacious, featuring large patio windows that overlook the large well-kept garden to the rear. Once again this room is further enhanced by decorative features such as traditional coving, picture rails and an additional feature fireplace. The kitchen, also situated towards the rear of the house, really does offer an abundance of space and versatility, and currently has an array of fully fitted units and integrated appliances. For more informal dining there is plenty of room for a dining table. There is also an anti-room with plumbing for a washing machine, and storage, and there is also a downstairs cloaks/wc.
