Beautiful semi detached true bungalow, immaculately maintained, perfectly presented and resting on a good sized private plot with lovely open views to the rear. The property offers a practical arrangement of space with a high standard of finish and quality fitments including a modern kitchen and bathroom. Accommodation briefly comprises entrance hallway, lounge, dining room, kitchen, two bedrooms and bathroom. Outside there are delightful gardens to the front and rear , the rear garden enjoying lovely open views, privacy and a sunny south facing aspect. Other highlights include gas central heating and double glazing.

The welcoming reception hallway provides access through to a good sized lounge, a lovely room anchored by an inset living flame gas fire and an attractive surround. This room in turn opens to a large dining room which itself has French doors leading out into the rear gardens making it a fantastic space for formal entertaining, there is also plenty of storage with a large walk in cupboard.
