The property has the benefit of uPVC double glazing and gas central heating. The property is positioned in a great location about 5 minutes east of Oldham Town Centre. The proximity to the town centre means all the local amenities are easily reachable including the numerous bars and restaurants of the town as well as the town centre shops.
